The App
Block a’s app was designed to bridge between the renter’s needs and the apartments listed by landlords. Using the app, users are able to search the city for apartments, book a visit, rate, enter amenities and tour the apartments by themselves. Finally, the user can even apply for the apartment using the app.
During my time with block.a all app screens were redesigned to be more intuitive, have consistent behavior and created new flows and features that made the user experience easier and more efficient. Also a visual overhaul was made to fit new trends and have a strong and slick visual style (icons, layouts, fonts, etc.)
Dashboard (web)
Block a’s web platform was design to meet the landlord needs. There, landlords can add new apartments and buildings, edit existing ones, manage mailing and communication with tenants and their status, view the feedback left by users and get AI recommendations for efficiency, pricing and more.
